Description
The COP87LxxCJ/RJ Family OTP (One Time Programmable) microcontrollers are integrated COP8™ Base core devices with 4k or 32k memory, and an Analog comparator (no brownout). These multi-chip CMOS devices are suited for lower-functionality applications, and as pre-production devices for a ROM design.
